Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to RSVE Core Construction Pvt. Ltd., 2nd Floor Unit NO.-222 Plot no. 4 Aggarwal Plaza Sector 5 Rohini New Delhi-110085.
• Services refer to the construction, consultation, and related services offered by the Company.
• Materials refer to physical products and goods supplied by the Company.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services or Materials from Us.
• Website refers to RSVECORE CONSTRUCTION PVT. LTD., accessible from https://rsvecore.com
• You means the individual accessing or using our Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using our Services, as applicable.

Construction Services Policy

Due to the custom nature of construction services:

• Once a construction project has commenced, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed.
• If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of any deposit made, minus any administrative costs incurred.
• If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, plus any costs associated with demobilization.

Materials Return Policy

For construction materials and products purchased directly from us:

Eligibility for Returns

You may return unused materials in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, provided:

• The materials are in new, unused condition
• Original packaging is intact and undamaged
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• The materials are not custom-ordered or specially fabricated

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-ordered or specially fabricated materials
• Materials cut to specific measurements
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
• Materials that have been installed, used, or damaged
• Hazardous materials (paints, chemicals, etc.)

Refund Process

For Eligible Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective Materials

If you receive defective materials, please contact us immediately at business@rsvecore.com or call us at +91 7678312300.

We will arrange for inspection of the materials and, if confirmed defective, will provide replacement materials or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred for the return.

Consultation Services

For consultation services (including Vastu consultation and design services):

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled consultation: Full refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled consultation: 50% refund
• No-show for scheduled consultation: No refund
• After consultation has been provided: No refund

Return Shipping

For returns of materials, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items over ₹5,000 in value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
